Back in 1975, a 16-year-old Abdulghani Tuamh went to work to help support his family. Hard work and his enterprising attitude proved successful. By the late 1990s the Almanara Company was one of the nation’s largest wholesale distributor and supplier of Fruits and Vegetables in Syria. In 2008, the addition of Nehad Tuamh, as CEO and representer in Egypt has helped grow the company to even greater success. Where in 2011 he started to establish a new branch for Almanara company in Egypt under the name: Elmahabh company ”Nehad Abdulghani Tuamh for export’.

We’re a family business spanning three generations, but the Tuamh family reaches much further. From management, to the men and women in the groves who know just when to pick the fruit (at its Perfiction), to the folks in the extracting and packing plants. It’s this extended family who has allowed us to grow from humble beginnings to the one of largest Fruits & Vegetables supplier in Egypt. They are the backbone of this company.
